## Upgrading

1. Go to your [account page](https://clearwatch.app/manage)
2. Click **Manage subscription**
3. Choose your new plan in the Stripe portal

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

## Downgrading

Follow the same steps as upgrading. When you downgrade:

* The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
* If you have more sites than your new plan allows, you'll need to remove sites first from your [account page](https://clearwatch.app/manage)

## Canceling

1. Go to your [account page](https://clearwatch.app/manage)
2. Click **Manage subscription**
3. Click **Cancel plan** in the Stripe portal

Your monitoring continues until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

## Payment methods

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
