Upgrading

1. Go to your account page
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Choose your new plan in the Stripe portal

Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading

Follow the same steps as upgrading. When you downgrade:

• The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• If you have more sites than your new plan allows, you’ll need to remove sites first from your account page

Canceling

1. Go to your account page
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Click Cancel plan in the Stripe portal

Your monitoring continues until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

Payment methods

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
